Claiming on Your Healthcare Cash Plan

At Soulia Elements Therapies, I want to make your journey to wellness as seamless as possible. Many clients are unaware that they can often reclaim some or all of the cost of their treatments through workplace healthcare cash plans.

Because I am a registered member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA), my treatments are recognised by several major UK Healthcare Cash Plans.

These cash plans are often part of your employers healthcare package and it is worth speaking to your HR team to check if you have access to one within your company.

Note: Every insurance policy is unique. While I provide the professional credentials required to claim, Soulia Elements Therapies cannot guarantee reimbursement from your provider. Always check your policy handbook for the most up-to-date terms and conditions.

Westfield Health

Coverage is generally available under the Mosaic plan if sports massage is a chosen benefit. Please verify with Westfield prior to your visit.

Medicash

Coverage varies from 50% to 100%. Please ensure your policy includes "Complementary Therapies."

Simplyhealth

Many plans (such as Optimise Plus) cover our treatments. Claim amounts vary between 50% and 100% depending on your policy level.

Sovereign typically refunds 50% of the fee if your policy includes Physiotherapy. Your receipt from me will include all required details (Address, SMA number, and Treatment type).

Before your appointment, I recommend contacting your provider to confirm that "Holistic Massage","Sports Massage" or "Aromatherapy" is included in your specific level of cover.

Attend Your Session

Request a Receipt

Let me know you intend to claim, and I will provide you with a formal receipt containing my SMA membership details and all necessary information.

Submit Your Claim

Send your receipt to your provider to receive your reimbursement.
